• Voice and speech data when using AI interview practice features

• Vercel: Platform hosting and delivery

• Wix: Website hosting and analytics for our marketing website (subject to Wix's Privacy Policy)

These providers are carefully selected and process your data only as necessary to deliver our services. We have data processing agreements in place with all third-party providers.
7. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party service providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and that recipients provide an adequate level of data protection consistent with UK GDPR.

Voice recordings and speech data captured during AI interview practice sessions are retained only for as long as necessary to deliver session feedback and improve your training experience, and are deleted in line with the retention period above when your account is closed.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

• Request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten')

• Restrict or object to certain processing

• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
