Climber Mountain came from a real moment of frustration. The kind where you can see the role you want, you know you're capable, but when you sit across from that hiring manager, you do not have the language. You do not know how to present what you've done in a way that lands. You're not underskilled — you're underprepared. And everything out there designed to help feels generic, cold and nothing like the real thing. That frustration — of being ready for the next level but not knowing how to show it — is exactly why Climber Mountain exists, and why we built an AI interview training platform that actually feels human. We wanted something that felt less like homework and more like training, that put you in the room before you were ever in the room, built for candidates who are genuinely ready to climb and hiring managers who want to find them. We looked for that product. It did not exist. So we became it — the preparation we wish had existed when it was needed most.
